As we get more and more into these amps, we are finding great stuff can be done fairly easily. The Fender HotRod and Deville series are pretty good amps, but they have a problem sounding muddy unless you have the volume or drive control turned all the way up - often this is not the volume you want. The clean sound also lacks that particular "sparkle" you hear from vintage Fender amps. So we fixed it!! This cool kit fixes the problem and keeps some nice brilliance when the volume and drive are turned down. An easy kit, no holes to drill, but you have to take the amp apart and be able to solder neatly. All parts and illustrated (including photo) instructions INCLUDED! PLUS two versions of the mod!!
