Almost all items in this catalog are fairly rare and "exotic" hard to get hand-made merchandise or things we make ourselves one at a time, that's why you don't see them everywhere. We like to help out enthusiasts with such difficult to acquire items and are, in fact, the largest store world wide for many of these exotic products, but the supply of such hand-made items is limited and patience is necessary to get them. As an example, pickups from Lindy Fralin or a "Super Texan Amplifier" are hand made, and quite limited in production. The Fralin pickups may have a 2 to 4 week wait, where as pickups from Seymour Duncan are more "mainstream" and more readily available in larger numbers and quicker. Prices We have a regular walk-in store with showroom. All prices in this catalog, and on our web page are priced at the price one would get over the counter in our shop shipping and packing are not included in our prices to assure you the lowest possible prices on everything. Shipping costs include, not only the postage but the handling - which is packaging time, labor and packaging materials, processing your invoice, entering information in the log books, and the customer support necessary to manage shipping of such a wide range of merchandise. Store Policy Our general policy is - no returns. We will repair or replace any defective or damaged items. Please check your shipment within 10 days of receipt for any questions. String sets, tubes, guitar parts and accessories, amplifier parts, kits, speakers, pickups that have been installed, books and literature are non-returnable. All items ok'd for return must be in original packing, complete with invoice, packing list, warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of any use at all. All items are subject to 15% of the price as processing and restocking charge. Returns under $10 will receive store credit. Bank cards will be issued a credit. Refunds are for product value only, not including shipping and handling. Payment We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal (amps008@aol.com) or American Express with verifiable address. Credit card orders must be shipped to the cardholder's address. We also accept checks, cashier's checks or money orders made payable to Torres Engineering.
