This is our design. It has been out for about 8 years, others are copying us!! Everyone has been asking for more versions of the Boogie Mite. The new “ Hi Power Boogie Mite” amp is a high gain amp with incredible tonal range and lots of tonal options and variations. The amp is switchable from 8 watts (triode) to 15 watts (pentode) watts pure Class A push pull with EL84 power tubes. The “Boogie Mite” has a normal gain input with a classic “Fender-Like” full tone control set, Treble, Bass, midrange and volume. It also has an extra high gain jack with another stage of tube gain and it’s own gain control. This allows you to overdrive the preamp for the classic Boogie singing, creamy overdrive. A new design Dual Stage master gives further control, but with the 8/15 watts output you can turn this baby all the way up and still be at a managable volume level. High tech very low noise performance all in a small caged 8' x 12' The Boogie mite also has: Push pull gain/bright boost on the high gain tube stage, push pull bright switch, push pull gain boost switch, push pull midrange boost switch - lots of stuff. This amp is intended for home practice, recording and is powerful enough for a small club gig - you can get the full-on high gain “Boogie Tone” at low volumes making it easy to record, and easy to get "that tone" - The Boogie Mite also has the Torres Patented Line out, speaker mute circuit that gives you an adjustable line out to the recording board or another amp, plus the ability to mute the speaker and use the Boogie Mite as a super sophisticated tube overdrive effect!!
